Multicultural Community Council Desiring to reach out to groups who traditionally feel disenfranchised by the criminal justice system, District Attorney Jan Scully has asked a committed group of individuals who represent a broad range of ethnic communities in Sacramento to participate in this effort. The Multicultural Community Council will work to foster better understanding, open communication, and encourage community participation in the justice system.
